It's time to share with you all my kitchen hutch and dining room decorated for Christmas. I mentioned in a previous post that I am keeping it simple this year, or at least more simple than the past couple of years. I just wasn't feeling like packing up lots of my everyday items to decorate for the Holidays, so I decided to just add to my existing décor, and I must say, I have enjoyed doing it this way. Way less work and hustle added to this already busy time of year.
First up is my kitchen hutch, it's in my nook area and I showed you it's recent redo here.
Simple pinecone garland, some snow dusted pine sprigs with red ornaments added, and some red ribbons. I love how the pine needs sprigs remind me of "Charlie Brown Tree's".
Fabric wrapped presents tied up with twine adorn my milk glass cake stand.
I searched nature and brought some holly bush clippings in for the inside of the hutch...
and tied a simple red satin bow around my milk glass hen's neck. Doesn't she look so fine?
Moving on...here's my dining room prettied up for the Holidays.
Of course, my vintage ladder tree that I blogged about here, a quilted table runner that coordinates with my tree skirt, and some pine sprigs in my flea market found aluminum pitcher.
There's you a closer look at the DIY shutters I made last summer with a simple homey wreath.
Thank you so much for viewing!

Very cool!! But your "rooster" is actually a hen and the bowl is her nest!
